bought this about 2 months ago. It is a G3 with gate valve, re-cir and drain mod, all done by asmskimmer.com. I am including a rio feed pump. $280
It is like new, except no box for it.

Why a rio where is the sedra 5000 that came with it?

i think the rio is the feed pump.
its now a recirculating skimmer
the 5000 is still being used
you just need a pump to put water inside the skimmer body

the feed pump is new tool, I bought it when I bought the skimmer, and the sedra is the re-cir pump.
