View Full Version : Cleaning 100 Micron Pads??

I remember reading somewhere on these forums about cleaning these 100 micron pads in order to reuse them, do i have to boiled them in hot water or something?

How do you guys clean yours ??

If the pads are the same as the 100 micron socks then rinse it off and toss it in the washer. Works great on the socks! If you want it to come out white then add a little bleach. Be sure to let it dry completely before you reuse it if you use bleach.

throw them in the washer and add regular detergent used for clothes ??

I just bring mine out back, throw it on the patio, and rinse it with a hose. Who cares if it's not sparkling white?

Some prefer the white and some don't.

Hit it with the hose I use the spray nozzle and they get good and clean.

Thanks alot but i think i have to stick with the laundry machine and just water no detegent!! lol
I live on the 11th floor of a building so i dont have a place to spray a hose :(

i rinse it under the faucet and it gets clean.i use felt padding from the store as a replacement ,it cost 2.00/yrd.
