Large Bristle worm

Adding to a prior post...if the crab was the one that likely got my fish....is it ok to have a large bristle worm in your tank? I am feeling sad that I took it back to the LFS, as they probably are breaking the rock and trying to kill it. It was magnificent to watch, but it was over a foot long, and as big around as a sharpie....blue/purple color. Should I try and get it back???

That would depend on what species it is, not all "bristle" worms are reef safe.

those big ones are usually predatory. dont get it back.
