View Full Version : how do you guys tell sebae from bubbletip

i seen pics of sebae and they look like bubble tips without the "bubble" and sometimes bubbletips don't have a bubble

YOu can tell by the warty protuberances on the underside of the oral disc, called verrucae. My 'sebae' (Heteractis crispa, in this case):http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/98995Aquarium_048_copy.jpg

thankyou but your particular sebae looks nothing like a bubble tip. i could just look at that one and see clearly it isn't. but when you look at this google search for sebae anenome look at what you get
