I have a stockman style standpipe for sale, $20 shipped usps in continental US. $21 if you want a confirmation address.
I use this same standpipe on both of my tanks and they are very quiet. I can cut the 1" pipe to length to fit your application. Can be used in RR tanks or hang on back overflows fitted with 1" bulkheads.
