well tank is coming down saturday and is at work, so when i take the lights of ill look and see manufactue date is forgot of hand, but as anyone will tell you these laft forever i have 2 other ballast that if had forever and never had have any problems

VHO never seen any PC for Ice cap.

i do have 4 end caps for T5 for another $30 brand new never used

T5 caps will be offered to the person who purchases the ballast 1st and than will sell if they do not want them
