Nano Cube 24 DX w/ 4x36w Lights MICHIGAN

I am selling my 24 gallon nano cube with 4 36watt 50/50 lights and dual lights, it also has quad fans to stay ay 78 degrees all day. It comes with 2 pumps one is a maxijet 1200 and the other is a 900. This setup will come with 30lbs of tonga LR and about 25-30lbs of live sand various shrooms and a few zoa frags as well as a clean up crew up 5 snails and 15 hermits. $400 for everything.
OR
$250 for the tank and lights.
$100 for ~30lbs of LR and ~5lbs of LR rubble.
$50 for the sand, pumps, frags, and clean up crew.

$250 is too much for a 24 gallon with a upgraded light system? Look on Nano customs and tell me how much that it costs there. How much do you think I can sell it for?

Not to bring up a sore subject, but if its a JBJ nano, the 24 gallon tanks have a horrid failure rate, my hardwood floors caught all 24 gallons of water out of mine when it cracked, and it was on a level surface with a styro under it, so that may have something to do about the lack of offers, good luck anyway, they are awesome tanks, I miss mine

I had a 12 g nano cube for 3 yrs with no problems and now my friends have had it for about a yr with no problems. Is the tank cracking a 24 g failure or is it a general failure with all JBJ tanks?
