Hi, my EcoTech Marine Kalkwasser Reactor has worked FINE for MONTHS and all of the sudden the stirring rod just spins out of control and away from the center – getting stuck on the side of the acrylic and of course then it cant stir anything because is cant spin. It does this every time. Any suggestions?
BTW, I have sent three emails to them at "sales@ecotechmarine.com". Its all I can find on their website and no phone number, just a fax. Does anyone know if this is the correct address?
