what to use to cut small piece of acrylic

Please let me know what is a good hand tool for cutting .25" acrylic. I have about a 3 inch piece that needs to be cut. Also, what is a good glue for acrylic? As in to install the baffle?

does a dremmel sound like a good tool? What kind of attachment would be good for the cutting?
