I bought a lta it took a spot after a 30 mins i placed it in the tank. it attached to a side of a rock.. now it's movin down even more but in the same spot. in between the rock and a coral skel i have. it's just rocking back and forth un attached is it normal.. it's been doin this for about 5 hours now.. but hasn't moved since it's been there.. It's been eating whatever comes in tis tenicles. mysis shrimp, and catches flaked food for my fish.. clowns has been rubbin up on it since i droped it in the tank.

LTAs typcially set their foot into the sand. You want 4" or deeper sand bed for them. He will likely not attach to the rocks permanently.
