Ok im going to be moving in about 2 weeks and i have to tear down every thing. I got a 100 gl Reef tank and its Base is a mix of CC and Live sand. What i want to do is take my Mix and put it in some kind of bag that has real small holes in it. See what i want to do is have mix in the bags and have them sit at the Bottom of my new tank after i move, and I will have all new LS over the bags. this should make a DSB that has my old Mix part of it but Separated. So hows this sound ? any idea what kind of bag i can use? it should be 10 in smaller bag. the bags holes should be just the right size of worms and such to go back and forth. ;)
