Emerald Mythrax Crab died

My Emerald Mythrax Crab died and I am not sure why. All water parameters are good. I just read that they molt and leave its shell that may look like it died so, does that mean he is somewhere else in my tank. And if it did molt what will it look like when it is molten.

If it is a molt, it will look exactly like a dead emerald crab. But if you pick it up, you'll see an open trapdoor in the bottom of the body, and you can see that it is empty inside.

if it did molt, it will hid away for a couple of day still its new skeleton hardens....

This isn't exactly an emarald crab but, I think it has the same molting process.

thats how they do it :D. did you notice if the shell was empty when you removed it?

give it a few days up to 1-2 weeks sometimes, and see if it pops back up.
