For the most part they come to me asking to "work" at the shop.
In reality it's preemptive snagging they are after,not a job.

Looks like its working to everyone's favor.

You get excellent expertise in your staff, which helps impress customers and make sales.

They get primo coral specimens and free tolerance training.

expertise......hmmmm? primo corals are all the ones he has out but people just don't see them and tolerance training all i can say is 5 and 16.
