Wow, that looks really great. So, does he/she get some orthodontic work when the healing is finished? (I'd hate for it to be the laughingstock of the neighborhood's other dogs. I mean, a dog *has* to have canine teeth or risk ridicule forever!!)

Thats amazing. I never saw the before but it sounded very bad.

Good work.

Did the dog find a home?

Dog's doing great. Same home. The kid's really not that bad, just misjudged his own stupidity.

We thank you on behalf of the puppy  Will the dog be able to eat normally? Oh, and how did you keep from beating that kid to death?

Normally? no. Just fine? Sure. Dog's adapt amazingly well to the loss of parts. This dog is very well fleshed and has no difficulties eating.

As for not beating the kid to death... first, he truly was remourseful and knew he'd screwed up. Secondly, beating him down wasn't going to help anything. Just have to hope that (and i have no doubt in my mind) he's just one of those lucky kids that screwed up bad enough to get his cranium out of his rectum and hopefully not reinsert it.

What happened to him? I take it that the kid hit him with the mower?

You know that game you play with your dog when vacuuming? Well... let's just say he misjudged the length of the dog's chain. Oopsie doopsie.
