help with MS word

My company needs to reinstall windows. We have several hundred of our customers entered in the Microsoft Word envelopes/labels tool. How can I save these?

You should be able to just save that file onto a floppy, cd or memory stick and once you are done reloading Windows and Office copy it back on.

Assuming you are using the Outlook contacts folder, you can export the entire Outlook contacts to an Excel spreadsheet and then re-import it later. Do this in Outlook-- File, Import and Export, choose Export to a file from the choices and the rest should be obvious.

Im in Microsoft word~tools~envelopes and labels. There is no Import/Export-would I save it as a template? BTW, its windows XP Pro
