I still need to drill your tank for the closed loop, and help your with the sump baffles, but that won't take long. Let me know what you think.

Rendos

The wood is Birch plywood. The stain just really brings out the grain. The tank is a 50 gallon. 30"X18"X21".

How's that light working for you? You probably had to work with those legs a little, at least that's what I had to do.

George ...... wherever do you get your disturbing avatars?

I think I prefer the creepy dog. Do we need to get you some sensitivity training?

Doesn't that plumbing put a lot of weight on the bulk heads pulling on the glass? Talking about drilling in another thread earlier I got a little worried about my design, but it had much less pluming and weight that what is shown in those pics.

i thought about that so i am bracing the piping and the UV behind. it is supported by a 2x2 right now to lighten up the load.

My tank is doing very good no where near as nice as yours, but i got it set up and it is amazing. IMO i wish i had a digital camera so i could take pics and show it off, but don't. As soon as i get pictures i will post for all to see.
