Just wanted to post this for the torch fans, you can see the differences between the "Todd's" torch in the upper left which is almost pastel green with pink tips vs the electric green / hot torch I got at TRS if Rochester with almost white tips. I seem to be obsessed with LPS and especially torches. Enjoy. Joe A

I got this torch frag from the president of our local reef club:

If I hadn't seen the mother colony, I'd think it was a frogspawn. How long do these take to "tentacle out"? (the head is about the size of a quarter)
I have a new "Agu Thingy" that I'll post tomorrow.

that is pretty sweet but i have a hard time believing its a torch... looks like it has tentacles just short stubby ones with lots of tips... and lots of tips usually isnt torch - although i know a few tentacles of mine have a few tips...

Looks like a grape coral, more closely related to a frogspawn.
