Light Mounting questions

I have purchased a VHO retrofit kit. After I permanently mount the endcaps to the hood. How do I change the bulbs? Do you have to unscrew the endcaps from the hood? Or am I seriously overlooking something

No, the mounting fixtures will not have to be removed.

The waterproof endcaps have threaded collars that you first put onto the tubes, place the tubes in place (just like any flourescent) and then screw the collars down onto the mounts. To remove, just unscrew.
