I purchased the above and when I hook it up to my Neptune controller using X10 modules their is flickering when it shuts off. It looks like lightning when viewing the tank. Is this normal for these types of ballast that are used for TEK T5 (Sunlight)? And what is the solution for a fix...DC8??
