Koralline reactor - Help!

Hi - still struggling with this thing. Been running for 24 hours now. Problem no is that I can't get the CO2 bubbles to remain consistent. What happens I get it a 6 BMP. Then hour or so later the CO2 Tube inside the bubble counter is filled with water and I have No Bubbles.

I am using a lift pump to feed the reactor. Anyone seen this? I'll keep tweaking but my effluent is at 16DKH which is way to low.
