I appears to be very similar to most refractometers, otherwise Drs FS has theirs on sale right now for a couple bucks more.

I've bought other things for that e-bayer. Decent stuff, for the price, BUT the seller is a stand up guy. I bought some MH bulbs from him, they sat for 3 months befor I had the set up ready to roll. One of the bulbs wouldn't fire. 2 e-mails and a week and I had a new bulb. After 3 months most would say I was SOL
