Much credit and appriciation goes out to Matt at SHO TANKS. He helped me out HUGE!!!! today. I have never bought anything from him, never met him, nor have I even talked to him but when I needed help he jumped at the opportunity to take care of me........

Mat THANK YOU again and you now have a new and long term customer (now that I have decided not to take down my tank :)

He has a great store with lots of great deals and if you want to know about the prices just ask him while your wife is around the corner ;)

Thanks again, Rich-

Sho Tank is always a great trip for me.

My wife usually asks the prices when I am around the corner.

lol Just so there are no misunderstandings the prices are great but to most of our wifes/ fiancees/ girlfriends the prices are only good when everything only costs ten dollars :)

Matt is a great guy! Very nice and helpful. He goes out of his way to help others. His prices are the best around and his quality of fish and corals are of premium choice. I'm out of the fish hobby right now but i'll be back soon and matt will get the phone call soon!

Yeah. 20 years ago when I would say "I gotta make a call to my dealer to get a hookup" it meant something bad.

Now when I say that it means I'm calling 847/949-tank looking for something.

I've been on the verge of selling everything and starting again later due to some financial issues over the last year and a half. If I had a buck for every time Matt has talked me down I wouldn't have financial woes.

I can't say enough for Matt's integrity, hospitality, or willingness to share knowledge (or pods) with people eiher in need or willing to listen. And unlike some places (without mentioning names) I have never been treated like a complete and total freakin' moron for asking the most basic questions.

I better stop before people start accusing me of sucking up.

Adam

P.S. Spot says thanks for the pods, they helped to re-start the fuge a couple of months ago. Now he's a fat little feller again. Spot is my spotted Mandrin. Matt saved his life with a couple of bottles of pods to restart my population after what we believe must have been a temp spike when I spent a long weekend away.

Anyone know the name of the other guy that works there? Short blondish hair?
He is the one that always helps me and I have never caught his name.

Rich, You were gonna take down your tank? How come? Never said anything when I was there last week, everything seemed fine.

Matt and Scott are both great guys. Great prices on the corals and the fish. Extremely helpful and understanding as well. Two separate times I made a bad choice in the type of fish that I had purchased and both times they let me exchange the fish for one that would better suit my tank.
