I have a Bartletts anthias that got into a fight with a Carberries anthias and has developed popeye. I don't want to treat the whole tank and I can't catch him to put in a treatment tank, he is still eating and still a jerk. So I was wondering if the popeye will go away with time or should I treat the food. My water parameters are good ammonia=0, nitrates=5ppm, nitrites=0, pH=8.3, and SG= 1.025. Hopefully someone will know something.
