FS: Green Polyped Sarcophyton frags – Denver, CO

I have four frags from my Green Polyped Sarcophyton that are starting to take up too much room in my tank. This is the same coral as the Tyree LE Green Polyped Toadstool that currently has a waiting list on Reeffarmers.com

I bought my original frag from Cris Capp (Reefkeeping Online Magazine, Feb 2004 Tank of the Month – reefkeeping.com) about three years ago, as a small ¾” frag. The coral grew to a diameter of 7” within the first year (being kept under PCs) and started self-propagating at 15 months.

All frags are attached to LR rubble and are fully developed with stalk and cap. All frags have a cap that is just over ¾” in diameter and stand about a 1 ¼” tall. I am asking $35 a frag.

Bump for a good purchase experience.

I received mine from jdallred a few weeks ago. It was just as described, size wise, on a small piece of LR. The polyps were as neon/electric green as I had hoped. Beautiful!

I've seen other people selling green polyped sarco's that had a much less vibrant green color, and others that had similar looking ones (don't remember if they claimed lineage to Tyree) for much more money.

The frag was triple bagged and in a small styro cooler, and survived 2 day shipping (at my request) to Michigan no problem. Polyps were out within hours of being put in my tank.
