Hi I am getting ready to move into the marion area in about two weeks and I am wondering where all the great saltwater shops are?

Does anyone know where I can find a list?

There is a list, albeit not complete, on the club website.

You're probably (duh!) better off with the shops you might already
know in the St Louis area, compared to anything local. Otherwise
we wouldn't always be making road trips to St Louis, Chicago, and
Indianapolis. You'll be a little closer to Inland in Terre Haute, which
is worth at least one visit. (Right, David?)

Thanks for the advise would the inland shop in terre haute be something in comparison to marine soultions or gateway aquatics in st. louis?

The "Secret Reef" just opened Herrin her a few weeks ago. His prices are the best in the area, and he actually knows what he is doing from talking to him a few times. DO NOT under any circumstances or at least i will never again buy livestock from pet connection or fish net. Their tanks are full of ich 99% of the time and something else the other part. but just my opinoin take it for what it's worth. I agree with others, when it comes to high and diffcult livestock i would recommend St. Louis

Nothing compares to Inland for size and diversity. Clayton pet emporium is still my fav for sps.

Can't say if I've ever been to them, but it's fairly safe
to say Inland is...... different.

I think the SEASL group makes an annual pilgrimage.
You might check in there to connect up. (and it can be
a bit frustrating to figure out how to get there the first
time)
