Mmm....looks like he'd be delicious lightly braised with a nice white-wine sauce. ;)

Hiya Christy. I'm doing pretty fine these days. The back is so much better compared to this time last year (can we say dazed and confused from painkillers?). I'm glad the semester is over; I'm just working part-time at a LFS.

And now I'm hungry! :D
