The cleaning lady hasn't been through the building yet today and it really shows. She is awesome! But I am wondering... what freakish force of nature is it that causes all the "junk" to congeal into a dust bunny, or what we in the Navy call, "ghost turds"...

Is it magic?

if it's magic then i must have at least a dozen magicians living in my house.

So if I get a cat, will it eat it? Or should I try a dog? My neighbor said not to mix cats and dogs in a building less than 2,000 sq feet, but my uncle had an office building with like 5 of each and they climbed the walls but they didn't die, so I think it's OK.

What is the optimum oxygen percentage for cats? Does it matter if they are long haired or not?

The land based hair algae or the ghost turds? I think dogs have a bit more of a tendency to eat plants, unless it's blooming or a favorite plant. Then the cats are all over it.

Your uncle probably had to use silicone to get them to stick on the walls like that. I think it's less than humans, 'cause we're mammals. But I'm not sure. And yes, that's why I recommend shaving the long-haired cats. It helps their aggression as well.

My uncle also said that you have to upgrade the air filtration, or else dogs and cats can make the ghosts turd even more.

I don't have central air, should I upgrade at this point or just stick with the pair of canisters I have?

I think your uncle has been sniffing weld-on. That's not an insult ofcourse, I just remember the claims made by other reefers I know that had the same habit.
Can't you buy canned air, and just dose that?

My friend says that if you buy canned stuff, you have to add a doze of pollutants to it, otherwise it is so pure it'll shock the ionic balance of the cats and dogs.

Can't you just get another small pollutant so that the air supplementation is balanced out to not shock the cats and dogs with the lower oxygen & pH of the room's air?
And actually, what size ghost turds were you talking about? I think that with cats they will only eat what they can swallow.. but dogs, are not as prejudiced. That also raises expenses in care though; because dogs have a higher likelihood of needing surgery to remove a foreign object they swallowed, but shouldn't have.
