my favorite thing to notice lately is people who actually have the opposite signal on for the lane change they're making. I make it a point to go past them and do it back hoping they'll join us in the real world.

It drives me NUTS when people don't use their signal. Here in Oklahoma, watching other's ability to use a signal is an easy indicator of their driving ability. If you see someone speeding, run up and tailgate a driver, you can almost garuntee that the person is about to slam over to the next lane without using a signal and cut the driver off in the next lane over. It happens all the time. It is VERY rare that I see people be bad drivers and still use their signal.
