Icecap 430 Ballast question

can I run just 1, 6' URI Super Actinic R Bulb with my Icecap 430 Ballast. Not sure if I needed 2 bulbs to complete the circuit on the ballest?

You can run one 6' VHO with an IceCap 430. I contacted IceCap about this but I don't remember the wiring sequence. Give IceCap a phone call at (609) 588-5338 and ask for tech department, they will help you.

SINGLE LAMP WIRING FOR ICECAP 430 - CONNECT THE TWO RED WIRES TO ONE END OF THE BULB (vho socket) AND CONNECT THE TWO BLUE WIRES TO THE OTHER END (vho socket) - SEAL OR CAP OFF THE TWO YELLOW WIRES INDIVIDUALLY SO THEY WON'T TOUCH OTHER

This will only work with a 430. You cannot run one bulb on a 660
