Video Gamers: Favorite Soundtracks

Over the ages, video games have evolved a variety of background music to soothe any uneasy soul. So, tell me. What are some of your favorite music from video games?

Personally, I really like about all the Morrowind: Elder Scrolls III music.

Oh, without a doubt my FAVORITE video game soundtrack is Final Fantasy VII...in particular, Aeris Theme, FFVII Overture, and One-Wiinged Angel to name a few pieces (you can test them on iTunes if you are not familiar with them). No question. The Final Fantasy series has always possessed great music thanks to composer Nobuo Uematsu.

Another great score oddly enough is from a PS2 game called Haven. It was performed by the Moscow Symphony if I recall correctly.

Benoit Sokal's "Syberia" for hte PC had some good music in it too...and beautiful artwork.

I have to agree that Final Fantasy VII is a wonderful soundtrack. I especially like a lot of the remixes.
