View Full Version : ID these please: mussle and an unknown clear thing on glass Many PICS

First, Here is a mussle I found under my euroreef. I assume it's just another mussle, but it looked wierd.

The second item is something clear that has appeared in my frag tank.

I have no idea what it is.

the second item is a flatworm, but i hear the clear ones are ok. dont quote me on it though

second ones are flatworms, the harmless clear ones. they will die off on their own.

The first one is just a harmless bivalve.

I get the little clams in my tank too...usually behind my powersweeps where there is low flow...not sure where they come from but I am assuming the reproduce in the tank since I find small ones pretty much every other month when I clean them out!

thanks guys - anymore input on those flatworms? I sort of figured the clam was a harmless bivalve. The shell is just really funky looking.

I guess I should be a little more careful on the reef rubble my LFS gives me for fragging my xenia.

These came in on those pieces, which have only been placed in the frag tank.
