Anyone ever notice a plastic container leaking phosphate?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever found a rubbermaid type container or garbage to leak phosphates? If so which ones?

Also, which ones don't leak phosphates?

use the food grade rubbermaid cans...seamless and will not bust a seam....

never seen a plastic can leach po4 but fiberglass tanks do...
