It's taken almost 12 months to convince my son that we don't have any bad spiders here, well today he picked one up. The pride on his face was great, he is MY HERO for today.:D

Here's brave for ya... I let my daughter talk me into painting her toenails. She was asking me to paint them and I gave her my typical, "That's not a Daddy thing" and she says, "but Daddy, please just try..."

I couldn't say no to that...:(

You obviously havn't watched the factual movie, Madagascar, polar bears are couch potatoes, but penguins love to travel :D

My mom is from Warrington, and did the same thing after her dad finally convinced her a spider wouldn't hurt her. It bit her. He said, "I didn't know spiders could bite."
She never forgave him for that. :rolleyes:
