I always add my numbers together, Say your 25 on paper, add those up and your 7 :lmao: Or just celebrate an anniversary of your 21st birthday. If your 30 then it would have been your 9th anniversary of your 21st birthday. :D

Since I took up skating [at 61], I've youthened by the year. Nothing like a sport that requires you to balance your entire spinal column, bend the knees, straighten the back, [and hold it], stops a spin with the movement of one arm and steers in reverse by the contraction of one toe. It speeds up the mental processes too---nothing like dodging your neighbors' patterns to make you wake up and smell the coffee...

whenever gary hears somebody complain about being old, his answer is "well hey, it beats the alternative!" ;)
