ive got a whole bunch of these great cleaners in my tank and im looking to get rid of some. id also be willing to trade for colorful zoas. ill sell 10 for $15 plus shipping. shipping is choice of the buyer. ive got about 50 or so that ill get rid of. ive kept these with my zoas and other corals and have not had any problems whatsoever. they are all fairly small, about the size of a pencil eraser.

yes they do for me. they seem to like to clean my glass when it gets nasty. here is a bit i got from reef aquarium net. "Asterinas are for the most part harmless stars that consume micro algae. There are a few that consume SPS corals, but these are not seen very often in a home aquarium. Asterina stars typically have odd numbers and different sized arms. They get no bigger than a nickel and reproduce by splitting."
i can tell you that they have caused no harm to any of my corals, and i have a bunch of them in my tank. there are literally thousands of different types of these that are pests, but only a few...
