Safe Cracker Zoas in MD

I have an overgrown colony of Safe Cracker Zoas. I can make frags from 10-40 polyps. Prices as follows..

10 polyps - 20
20 polyps - 30
30 polyps - 40
40 polyps - 45

They are just like the frag directly to the right of the orange and blue rics but the polyps are smaller...

Allright heres a picture, now very close up they do have a safecracker look, but I think the mouths are all gapping (showing a lot of white, which is why I didn't think they were safecrackers)... Hopefully they will make it.

I've also put a 2nd picture, which is what I was expecting (from the original picture in the post, albeit I expected smaller zoos):

The picture he provided looked like dulled eagle eyes, maybe he got the names mixed up? Oh and true safecrackers are whats in the picture of my avatar :)

i can see some similarities there. mouth colors can vary from lighting setup. tips anf center rim look similar. give them some time bofore cracking the seller

it can be color morph..not sure. the same piece came out to be different sizes and color with different lighting..(MH vs PC can be big different..)

i used to have big safecracker colony (30-40 polyps--started from 5 polyps..)..
which i sold to two people....last year..sometime..

this is piece that my friend (HOME ) used to have..
mine looked little bit different..

No way.... it wasn't even close... look at that comparision picture.

The crackers are on the left... (and they are very similar to what you pictured)... the ones on the right are the onese I got.... they had red, but not the bright red of the safecrackers.

I agree..definatly not safcrackers. Their is a ring in the middle of the ones you got also, safecrackers do not have that ring.

This is why people should never purchase something without a pic of the piece your getting.

At least you got a decent price on them & did not pay safecracker prices.

Once again, I will take full responsibility for the mix-up. I offered to refund his money or send him a different frag from a different colony. They definetly do not look like the same thing. While they are from the same colony, lighting and flow was different (i.e. tank placement) and they have morphed into something different then the original picture posted. I will maintain that they will color back up to what they looked like at the top of my tank and from now on, everything I sell will have an actual picture of the piece you will be receiving....
