My tank is 10 months old now. What should I service and whats the best way to do it?

I have heard about soaking my Tunze streams in vinegar and cleaning them. is this correct? what type of vinegar should I use? is normal brown o.k? Should I water it down?

Should I service my Deltec skimmer in some way?

Should I change my T-5's? They still seem to be bright? Although I realise that the naked eye cannot tell any change in output...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
