I have a pair of black and white false percs that have taken a liking to my tridacna clam. They will brush up against the mantle and "rest" on it. The clam doesn't seem to mind too much, staying fully extended while the clowns swim around it, or rest on it, and only flinching if the clowns brush up against it with vigor.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? I have a large toadstool leather, a large cropping of frogspawn, and a couple other corals that would seem to make more "sense" for the clowns to take a liking to, but I guess they'll like what they like...

they are odd that way. keep an eye out, it is not unheard of for the clam to close on a fish.
