test kits and shiping temp?

does temp. in shiping test kits have an effect on accuracy? im asking because my Salifert (Ca2) was recieved in cold weather, and my new one was recieved in warm to hot. they are about 5ppm difference. is it the regents batch #'s or the temp. during shipping? or am i just not holding my mouth right? lol! thanx & REEF-ON!!!

I dont think temp should affect it that much, But i cant befor sure. I would like to know as well.

IMO, a 5 ppm difference is pretty darn good. I doubt the shipping temp made the difference.
