Time to get the water out of those jugs and into the tank! Dumb question of the morning- - What are the blue boarders for?

I assume the blue painters tape borders are to keep the silicone away from where he does not want it. It should make it easier to make clean lines that way.

Looks freaking sweet!

I should have had you come and do the baffles in my sump.

waterjugs--i thought i would need something to hold the panes in place.

blue painters tape---so i can get a nice straight silicone line. but i didn't need them at all. but it helps put dimension to the tank.

if you guys have never built a tank before it is VERY easy. you should try it.

I'll remember you when I get around to rebuilding a couple
old 40-longs.

well i put about 1inch of water in it and sprung 2 leaks in the corners. so now i have to let it dry before i can put more silicone in to fill holes. maybe ill have water in 2 days

Finally, I think I have the 2 leaks fixed. Tank has been filled for about 4 hours no leaks. another 30 and i should be safe. then ill be ready to drill holes.
