Tracy/Henry, thanks. The camera is a Cannon Powershot A95. Nothing too fancy, but it seems to work okay. I've had it about 6 months, Henry, guess I just haven't been putting it to good use.

Benny and Brad, nice pics!! Anyone else?

Henry, here's your blenny. This guy disapeared for some time after the meeting. He was recovered later, having taken up residence in the overflow box.

i'll see what i can do without one. maybe i can find something to set the camera on. i just shake too much for long exposure times...they all come out blurry. i think we're using about the same camera. mine is a canon powershot s2 is. ...although i'm obviously just starting to learn to use it.

nice rics, btw. have any you're ready to frag?

No, but I see some in Ricks tank I'm ready to frag :bum: I like those light orange ones!!

Mine are still a ways away. I started with only a single polyp of the orange one. It's starting to divide, but not quite there yet.

on a side note the colors look different due to the fact that I cant find my coolpixs and shot the last batch with another camera.

DKKA
04/29/2006, 08:26 PM
Awesome!! But on another side note....aren't these all side shots? Does your tank have a front? :p

edit: I was going to make some joke about our buddy Henry stealing your coolpix and hocking it to pay for the new tank. But with everyone else taking potshots at him I don't want to start any rumors. So, I guess we'll all have to live in a humorless world.:(

Speaking of new cameras. I guess I did get one new camera. This pic was taken with a new digital video camera. I don't get the greatest resolution, but I love the color rendering on stills taken with this thing. Might have to try using a tripod and see if I can get decent pics with it.

yes and yes, except I'd have to scrape the glass to get a front shot. I'm hoping to not have to do that untill I move in a few weeks. :) OMG !!!!!! I have to move this thing :mixed:

Maybe just upgrade to a larger tank, then you won't have to bother scraping the front glass on this one. Or is an upgrade already in the works?
