Controllers and dosing

Hi All, a quick question for those using controllers, I have a new controller to automate my system as much as possible. Lighting etc... is simple use of timers. I know one uses: A heater and chiller/fan for temp, CO2 or Buffers for pH, Ozone for the ORP, But What do you dose with for Conductivity? is it simply high salinity DO/DI to Increase conductivity, and FW to Decrease it?... If Not what do you use and what equipment do you use to dose it?
