Hanna PH meter CAL

I recently got a Hanna HP 98128 and can not get it to CAL! Has anyone had this problem besides me. I mean it's got to be me! Right?

Hold down the buttons longer...?

I had to fiddle with it for 10 minutes, give up... and come back to it and it took me another 15 before I got it.

Tankx, With only two buttons it shouldn't be too hard you'd think. I actually had it once but lost it somehow. I'll try a more deteremined approach.
