Six line wrasse.... Is it a cleaner wrasse?

Hi All,
I just picked up a six line wrasse from a tank that my friend is breaking down. He is doing great in his larger tank, but I noticed that my maroon clown is allowing him to "clean" him. Also I noticed my yellow tang swiming up next to him and almost asking for him to clean him. Is this common with a six line wrasse?

I've never seen any of my six-lines do so. Now you have a quad purpose fish :D: cleaner, pyramid snails, flatworms & small bristle worm.

Never heard of six line being a cleaner but if it doing so why not let it be. My skunk cleaner shrimp is providing that service in my tank. It an awesome sight.

Did I mentioned that I put a scorpion fish in the reef tank because me and my buddies though its a blenny......
