Can SEIO flow rates be adjusted down if too strong?

I am trying to decide which SEIO to get: the 1100 or 820. If I get either one and they are too powerful is there a way to lower the flow rate?

yes, they can be adjusted manually,
and in the pipe the seio ac powerhead controller, but right now, i'd call that vaporware.

Yea, where the water is sucked in at, you can roatate it a little bit and it will make the space smaller where the water is sucked into and it will slow down the rate.
