How much water evaporates a day on your 6-Gallon Nanos? Do you top off about a gallon a week?
The reason I ask is I am thinking about jumping into the marine aquarium hobby but space is tight and budget low right now. I have plans for a 100 gallon later on...hopefully this time next year once I graduate my masters in the fall.
I know SG can be a problem, but with all of the research (TONS!) I have done and I will be able to keep up with it pretty well I think I can handle a small one at first.
I am wondering how much of a problem it will be.
I am looking at a clown, 3-4 hermits, 3-4 a. snails, cleaner shrimp and some button polys as a good start.
What do you think?
