Was thinking of buying a new powerquad bulb for my coralife 96 watt fixture and saw this:

Its only 21.00 for the bulb compared to the 35-45 dollar prices i've seen elsewhere for the coralife or sunpaq bulbs.
Just wondering if anyone has seen/used this bulb on a tank and how it looks.
Also does the actintic part of the bulb have the more bluish or purple look to it?
