What type of anemone and what is a 40 b?

40bb would be 40g bare bottom..... but yeah....

300 watts of light is 300 watts of light. PAR values and light colors have more bearing on anything that just watts. 1000 watts of PC light is way different that 1000 watts of DE MH.
