My alkalinity is at 11, is this bad and if so, what can I do to help lower it? my PH is at a stable 8.3, salt maintained at 1.025 ppt.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I use Kent nano reef builder A & B which adds trace elements, Iodine once a week for the xenias and softies and Kent Microvert sporatically.

Your doing fine. Alkalinity should be between 10 and 12. Whatever you're doing keep doing it.

Those parameters are right on the mark:) . Weekly water changes will also help to maintain trace element levels as well.......Jim Z.
