Please!!!! Help me with the best treatment for my clown!!

Please help!!! I can’t seem to narrow down the problem my Percula has… he has a white fuzzy growth on the bottom of his chin as well as in his mouth. He races towards food to eat, but can’t seem to eat any. He is difficult to photograph, but I hope the pics help!! Please, what course of action should I take? I already gave him a 10 min. freshwater bath in methylene blue. Thank you so much for any assistance you can give me!

Looks like Lymphocystus. Incurable, but not necessarily fatal. Take a Q'tip and try swiping the area around the mouth to dislodge the growths. Once he starts eating and with good diet&good water quality, his immune system should control it.
